Iskandar Puteri (formerly Nusajaya) is the fastest-growing zone in the JB metropolitan area. Its newer dental clinics occupy purpose-built commercial spaces with modern equipment and specialist practitioners — many trained in Australasia and Europe. The area sits near Legoland Malaysia and EduCity, useful landmarks for navigation.

Clinics here are less crowded than those near the checkpoints, offering a more relaxed, appointment-based experience. English communication is generally strong. Expect mid-to-premium pricing for JB — the trade-off for newer facilities and specialists.

Getting here: Most practical by car via the Tuas Second Link, or via Grab from the 2nd Link CIQ. Public bus options are limited — CW7 drops at Gelang Patah, from which a Grab to Iskandar Puteri takes around 15 minutes. Budget RM 15–25 for the Grab leg from the checkpoint.
